Your airline confirms the terminal. Add it to the booking and tell us if it changes. A wrong terminal can add time at the busiest part of the journey.
Terminal 3
Include your flight number and keep your phone available on arrival. Use the meeting point given in your booking or driver messages, rather than choosing a different exit.
Terminal 4: check collection arrangements
Heathrow’s Terminal 4 multi-storey car park closed for redevelopment from 23 June 2026. Current options include Priority Pick-Up and Park & Ride Zone A. Confirm the meeting and vehicle collection plan with our team.
Terminal 5
Specify Terminal 5 and your flight details. Allow time for arrivals formalities and luggage, then follow the agreed meeting plan for your journey back to Brighton.
