Brighton Dome
Check the official Brighton Dome programme for performance times, venue details and access information. Allow extra collection time when several city-centre venues finish together.
Brighton & Hove Albion
Use the club’s official fixture list for confirmed dates and kick-off times. Broadcast selections can move fixtures after early calendars are published.
Theatre Royal Brighton
Confirm the show and advertised running time on the official venue page. Add time for the interval, applause, cloakroom and the walk to a reachable pickup road.
Visit Brighton
Browse the official What’s On calendar for exhibitions, festivals, family activities and seasonal events across Brighton and Hove.
Markets and town events
Use the organiser or venue page for the exact date and location. “Lewes” alone is not a sufficient pickup instruction; share the venue, street and postcode.
Local halls and community venues
For Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Hurstpierpoint, verify the organiser’s latest announcement and check whether parking or road access is restricted.
Plan the journey around the event
Stadium travel: the detail people miss
The American Express Stadium is beside Falmer station, but event-day access, parking rules and controlled roads can change. Do not request a vague pickup “outside the stadium”. Follow the club’s official travel advice, then agree a legal vehicle meeting point before the day. For groups, count both passengers and bags when choosing the vehicle.
Central Brighton collection after a show
The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome and Theatre Royal sit close together, which is convenient on foot but challenging for vehicles at peak leaving time. A short walk to a confirmed reachable road may produce a smoother collection than waiting beside a crowded venue door. Share the full venue name and booking phone number; never rely only on a dropped pin.
Book the correct vehicle
- Saloon: everyday travel for a small party with light luggage.
- Estate: useful when coats, equipment or cases need more boot space.
- MPV: suitable for larger groups when passenger and luggage counts are confirmed in advance.
- Accessibility: discuss mobility needs and the safest practical meeting point before booking.

Can I book a return before I know the exact finish?
Use the organiser’s published running time and add a sensible exit buffer. If the finish changes, contact the operator as early as possible; changes remain subject to availability.
Can a driver collect directly outside a venue?
Only where stopping is safe and legal. Event closures, pedestrian zones and heavy crowds may require a nearby agreed meeting point.
Do you provide group vehicles?
Yes, subject to availability. State passenger numbers and any equipment or luggage when requesting the quote.
Can I pay after the event?
Cash and card payments to the driver are available, or a payment link may be requested.
