Gatwick from Sussex: the practical questions
Gatwick is connected to the M23 and A23 corridor and has North and South terminals. The airport railway station is at South Terminal, with a free inter-terminal shuttle for North Terminal passengers. Heathrow from Sussex: plan the road and the terminal
Heathrow has four passenger terminals. A flight number and airline are safer reference points than relying on memory, especially after an airline schedule change. If your itinerary includes a connection, Heathrow says connecting passengers go through security and may need to change terminals.
